Hourly moves require a 4-hour minimum and are charged based on efficiency. Customers must pack their own boxes and handle fragile items; high-value items should be transported personally. Please ensure truck accessibility and disconnect/reconnect appliances.

 

Additional services may result in extra charges. Credit cards accepted for move deposits only. Full payment is required before offloading at delivery, payment must be made in cash or certified funds.

 

 Refunds given only for under estimated moves, and claims must be made during the move.

Our aim is to resolve any claim within 60 days of receiving your claims form submission, images and relevant documentation regarding your claim. You have up to 90 days from the day of your move to file a claim.

Once you submit your claim form you will be emailed a copy of the form with your responses to each question and our claims department will be in touch ASAP to resolve it with you.

The cost of this protection is typically calculated based on the declared value of the items being moved.
For local moves, coverage is offered at a rate of $0.30 per pound per article, but high-value or perishable items cannot be shipped.

 

Basic liability coverage for interstate moves provides coverage at a rate of $0.60 per pound per article.

For high-value items such as artwork, jewelry or antiques, we recommend obtaining separate insurance to ensure adequate coverage.
