I just had my second moving in one year with Frenchy Helping Hands. They showed up on time, packed everything fast and carefully and where always kind an professional. Their price is also much better than any other company I checked. I am so happy that the moving team did exactly what I wanted. I requested for quick services. They did not charge me any extras. . I totally recommend them!

We call Frenchy with a short notice about our move he came right the way , we were extremely fortunate to have hired Frenchy Helping Hands to handle our move with packing/Moving/furniture assembly and haul away boxes after unpacking. James and his partner arrived promptly on time, he told my husband to supervise. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Their were quick and did a very thorough job. They were extremely careful with all my glassware, TVs, mirrors, and other objects that I had that were fragile. Thank you again for making impossible possible for us i would definitely recommend you guys ,exceeded our expectations.

Frenchy , was very professional and a huge help! I needed help moving things from our storage unit into a moving truck. I arranged the whole thing from A/Z and they confirmed the date and time ahead of the move, Frenchy and hes crew ,showed up on time, and worked very hard. Great packing! I was really impress. They were also very enjoyable to be around - nice guys!

I have great confidence and satisfaction with this company. I give them five stars and here is why. I have used this company twice now and have been thrilled both times. I am an elderly single woman who had more needs then the average person with moves. They helped ease my fears. They stuck with me right through all the steps earning my confidence and trust. For the team was punctual, efficient, personable and professional. With both moves I witnessed them going beyond the call of duty when unforeseen problems cropped up or my personal needs needed attention. They handled all expertly. Prompt friendly service. I was in a blind to get moved with a short notice. They arrived on time for the estimate and on the day of the move. Very helpful and the move went flawlessly. All furniture was well covered and the home was protected from damage. Very clean operation. Will definitely use them for any future moves and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mover. I cannot believe how great these guys were! They were really careful not to bump into anything or scratch anything in my house. There was also a problem with the merchant totally unrelated to the delivery, and theowner called the store on my behalf to back me up! Talk about above and beyond!

Just as NY was "Paused" due to COVID-19, our family was selling a house and buying a house. The stress of all it was overwhelming. James and his team helped relieve that stress and were available with little notice to help get us moved into our new house. James was very friendly and professional. His team worked diligently to get our two huge trucks unloaded quickly and with care.

I contacted Frenchy Helping Hands as a last attempt at getting my very heavy tabletop and it’s base into my home. I had contracted and paid another moving company; unfortunately the other company’s crew never showed, they didn’t call and, I, was not able to make voice contact with anyone at the company. Not only did Frenchy Helping Hands take the job but they also helped me put my table together and moved it where I wanted it. Definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

Can’t recommend these folks enough. James and his team were so awesome to work with. We were moving from NYC to Hudson Valley, and they were very accommodating when the first half of our move was delayed. They worked quickly to get all of our things (including 60 boxes of books, yikes!) into our new home with great care and a sense of humor. If you’re looking for amazing movers these are your guys!

We had Frenchy and his team move a piano for us. We were very impressed with the professional, courteous, and prompt service we received from them. They treated our piano like it was made of gold- making a game plan with each step beforehand and executing it perfectly. I could easily see their experience and skill in the manner they conduct themselves and the excellent job they do.

Frenchy Helping Hands moved my furniture from New York to Connecticut. They were on time, responsive and very professional. They were also very friendly and courteous. They packed up my furniture in a very caring way and unpacked it when we arrived. I would recommend their services very highly.

I used Frenchy’s for my move and I can honestly say it was a great experience. They moved all of my furniture from a second story apartment to my new house. And I had a lot of furniture. Two bedroom full dinner room and living room and most important they packaged my 82 inch tv and got is safely mounted back on the wall at my new house. They were able to get it all done in one day and made sure everything was all set up before they left at the end of the day. James the owner has also checked in a few times after the move just so see how we were settling in. If your looking for a great moving company that is also at a great price point look no further and give James a call at Frenchy’s helping hands.

Quick and fairly priced, they helped move our sales counter from Newburgh to Beacon the same day we called. I highly recommend giving them a shot for your small to mid sized moving needs.

James and his crew are fantastic! I called him in the evening and my furniture arrived the next morning. James has such a positive, warm demeanor. He is extremely courteous and careful moving my heavy, delicate antiques. I am very impressed and thrilled to find a local helping hand! They were great! Since May I have been trying to find someone that would relocate my hot tub to my new deck. My deck contractor was suppose to do it but he is “missing in action”. I called them on a Friday and spoke with James. Oh wow a person that understands what I needed and could help. I provided my contact info and sent him pictures so he could provide me with an estimate. He got back to me on that same day with a written estimate, invoice for the deposit and a date of Sunday to do the job! They were professional, curtious and on time and had what they needed to do the job. My job is complete! I will be using them again. Thankyou for making my project stress free.! FJFD

Very fast and professional - wrapped and moved a large piece of furniture from newburgh to peekskill same day as I called and the quote was accurate. They set the furniture in place and made sure all of the pieces were accounted for. Highly recommend!

James and Jimmy were professional and respectful. Their ability to navigate our stairwell with an extremely heavy sofa was beyond impressive. James was very responsive and arrived the same day I contacted him. I can't imagine that anyone in the area does a better job. They even wrapped the sofa with protective blankets before going up the stairs and positioned it right where we wanted it. Super nice guys who are awesome at their job.

I called the number at 9am on a Sunday morning. James picked up the phone and I explained the jam I was in to move 100s of dolls, boxes, furniture from my mom's house in Torrington, CT. Site unseen James grabbed a tall van and another person and was at my mom's at 11:35am. These 2 guys busted their butt for 5 hours. They were amazing. Driving from Brewster NY to Torrington CT, the job unseen and made it happen. James is our angel for what he did on that Sunday morning. Just the answer we need to our prayers. Involved in a complicated move from two locations to a storage unit, and then from the unit to a new house. James and his crew took care of both ends of the move and were pros the whole way. Responsive, flexible, totally professional but still very warm and easy to deal with. Took great care to protect our newly renovated house during the unload. Happy to accommodate us with scheduling hiccups. He and his guys were on time, reliable, and absolutely busted their butts. We’ll be calling on him again to move still more stuff up from my folks’ place in the city. During the reno and moving process we have dealt with a number of independent companies, ranging widely in quality and reliability. Frenchy is easily in the top tier. Could not recommend highly enough.
